FAQ
Payment Options
Payment options are credit, debit, and insurance. Kimberly Hillery and Associates is not responsible for third-party processing approvals. Additional fees may apply for any returned bank payments due to insufficient funds. To process your sessions via insurance you may be required to complete additional paperwork and wait for your insurance provider to approve your sessions prior to scheduling an appointment. A Kimberly Hillery Associates will contact you to obtain additional information if applicable.
What's the Cost?
Payments are due prior to service, and we accept debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). The cost for Individual Assessments (60 minutes) is $135.00 per session, and group attendance is $40.00 per session, both fees are due prior to service. Please note that these fees reflect the specialized, individualized nature of the care provided and allow us to maintain flexible scheduling and privacy without insurance restrictions. Receipts are available upon request for your personal records.
All patients must keep a card on file and agree to non-service charges being processed as they occur (including late, canceled, and no-show fees). The financially responsible party will keep all credit card information up to date with this office. Any complications due to out-of-date information may be subject to service charges. This program is not covered by insurance or the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Clients that are paying with their insurance will require insurance approval prior to scheduling a appointment. Additional insurance documentation may be required.

We are available for remote video and in-person appointments. We encourage the therapists to verify your preference of contact. Feel free to let them know what you prefer a.s.a.p.
Can I sit in on my child's therapy session?
Therapy is a place where children have an opportunity to openly and honestly discuss things that affect them. Parents are encouraged to attend the intake session with their child to provide assistance and then the child may meet with a therapist independently for a portion. The child, parent, and therapist will work together to determine if independent sessions are best for the child and develop a plan for additional family or parent sessions.
What if I cancel or miss an appointment?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the interest of providing fast, accessible care to all our patients, “no shows” will be charged a $25 fee.
