Kimberly Hillery & Associates, PLLC, offers a comprehensive eight (8) session model program, specializing in individualized trauma counseling and group therapy. We are dedicated to supporting women who are ready to heal from traumatic experiences and busy professionals balancing multiple demands. Our approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based practices, to promote healing and resilience.
Each client begins with a thorough assessment, during which you and your therapist collaboratively set specific, measurable treatment goals tailored to your unique needs. Your therapist will support you and track your progress, making changes as needed for the best results. You have the autonomy to end treatment at any time, and we encourage open communication and questions regarding your care to foster a safe, empowering therapeutic environment.
Dr. Hillery is currently accepting new patients for both in-person and virtual sessions, making quality care accessible and convenient. The following six (6) appointment slots are available starting January 21, 2026. During your initial scheduling, we will work with you to select a time that fits your lifestyle and commitments. Appointment reminders and telehealth access instructions will be provided before each session.
- Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. (biweekly slot), 2:30 p.m. (biweekly slot), 4:00 p.m. (biweekly slot).
- Sunday: Groups at 12:00 p.m. and 5 p.m. (bimonthly). You have the autonomy to attend the groups that will benefit you.
Financial Responsibility
Payments are due at the time of service, and we accept debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). The cost for Individual Assessments (60 minutes) is $200.00 per session, and group attendance is $40.00 per session, both due at the time of service. Please note that these fees reflect the specialized, individualized nature of the care provided and allow us to maintain flexible scheduling and privacy without insurance restrictions. Receipts are available upon request for your personal records.
All patients must keep a card on file and agree to non-service charges being processed as they occur (including late, canceled, and no-show fees). The financially responsible party will keep all credit card information up to date with this office. Any complications due to out-of-date information may be subject to service charges. This program is not covered by insurance or the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Confidentiality
Your information is protected by federal law and kept confidential. Information may only be shared if you give written permission, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, if abuse or neglect is suspected, by court order, or during a medical emergency. All client records are securely stored, and digital communication is encrypted to safeguard your privacy. For group sessions, clients are expected to respect and uphold the confidentiality of their peers, understanding that a safe environment relies on mutual trust and discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
Individualized appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation, you may be charged a fee. You are allowed to miss one (1) appointment without penalty as a courtesy. After this, any subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a $50.00 fee per occurrence. A missed appointment is defined as not presenting for your scheduled session within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. Exceptions are made for illness or emergency circumstances, in which case you will not be charged. For example, if you wake up ill or experience a family emergency, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your situation.
